My phone will only charge if I plug it directly to the wall. If I connect it to my computer then it will never charge. It says it is charging but it only goes down. I plug it into the USB 3 port and still nothing. I tried different cables and even a different computer. It doesn't seem to be getting enough power to charge anymore. Is there a problem with the phone? the battery? or the port?
