I have a year old Samsung 6 Galaxy, Android Version 5.1.1. When I call someone, or someone calls me, they (never on my side) hear a deafening static sound. They can't hear anything other than the static, though on my side, I hear them perfectly. I'll hang up and call back, and it's always fine. It's only on the first time they call for that instance. If they call back a couple of hours later, I have a repeat of the noise. Has anyone ever heard of that, and what can be done? Thanks!
