Why are my front camera pictures blurry after repairs

I use Ecoo E04 android 5.I had to get my charging port fixed. After fixing, i noticed my selfie pictures were so blurry and before then my selfie camera takes crisp, clear pictures. I had to go back to the repair man and he wiped the lens thoroughly. I even wiped it myself just to be satisfied. That didn't help as my pictures are still blurry. Can this problem be fixed.. Thanks
