Why do I only receive texts from one contact in different language?

I consistantly receive texts from only one certain source that read in a different language. It is a text received from the same sender once every month. The sender is known to me but not saved as a contact.

Ever other text I receive saved contact or not is received in the same language that the phone is set for. Just this one is different language.
