Why does "OK Google" PLAY go to Google Play Services or YouTube rather than my Music Library?

I swear I used to be able to do "OK Google" than PLAY and name an artist or album, and it would go to my Music Library. Now it wants to go to the Google Play (paid) Services or suggests YouTube.
Am I using the incorrect, or incomplete, "OK Google" command?
