Why my huawei Y8 pro keeps telling me to delete apps when i have 2.5 GB free storage? PLEASE HELP!!

When using my phone after 1 minute or something a pop up comes and ask me to delete apps even when i have 2.5 GB internal storage free.
It states that :Internal storage is full. and apps can not use it any more. Please free it first!
Is it a virus or something or some technical issue or other problem??!
PLEASE HELP!
