Anyone else getting this with Oreo Update?

I keep getting notifications and nothing is there. Also, my email notifications show I have 16 emails all the time. Even if I only have 1 or none, it shows 16. And other notifications showing up, I go into the app and nothing to update. Annoying!! I've rebooted and still the same.
