bought a phone from ebay, went to turn it on to set it up an it brought me to the setup screen but the touch screen isnt working. the volume buttons an power button is working but nothing else is. ive tried powering the phone into the boot menu an factory resetting it and clearing the chache throu the boot menu an its still not working. what else can i do to try and fix this issue?
