Galaxy s7 updated and now all apps are gone including the call button

It kept asking me to update and I said remind later. It finally did it on its own. Now I can't use my phone. All my apps are gone. Literally everything..I don't even have the option to make a call, my text message app gone, Facebook, messenger, literally everything I had on my home screen is gone!! I didn't even want the update and now I'm stuck with a new phone that a few months old I can't use and I'm not happy!! I paid over 600 for this phone
