How come everytime I open a app some weird music starts playing in the background of my andriod?

When I was playing clash of clans the clash of clans background sound would be mixed with a random music in the background. I thought that it felt weird so I listened carefully and of course it was mixed with a other music. A type of elevator music and it got really annoying because it started to mess me up and started to slow down my andriod. I don't know what to do. Please help.
