want Hangouts Dialer to the be the default app when I tap on a phone number in Contacts app

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I installed the Contacts app by Google (https://ift.tt/1ETvO0H).

When I tap on a friend's phone number, the regular Phone app opens up. But I want Hangouts Dialer to be the app that is used. How can I have Hangouts Dialer to be the default phone app when I tap on a phone number in the Contacts App?
