why there is a privacy root file in my android phone and micro sd?

I viewed the file contents of my android phone using my laptop. My android phone has a micro sd mounted. I noticed in the micro sc directory there is a folder named ".privacy root 44f3c3cf3c27c8b4" and it contains a file name "Install COUNT File 1 bytes". I do not know what is this and its purpose. I never saw this before.
