I charged my J7 Prime to 100% but when I booted it, it got down to 96%.

I charged my ohone to 100% and then I booted it right away after being unplugged. The battery percentage suddenly got down to 96%. And then just a while ago,I charged my phone to 93% and got up to 96%. I have a J7 Prime,updated to Nougat I guess weeks or a month ago. What could be the PROBLEM?
