How to buypass Google Account Lock?

Hello.. I ask because I have 3 Samsung Google Account Locked phones.. We got them back from earlier Employees.. So No I can't just ask the earlier employees, because that was before my time in the firm. So I need some help.. I tried to press @ and see if I got the settings menu where I can choose Google Keyboard and so on.. But I don't get this menu. I can't find a way to buypass it, so please help me..
