Samsung Note 8 and Bluetooth to Hilux Phone Contacts issues

I have a new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone and a 2016 Toyota Hilux. I can bluetooth the phone to the screen but my contacts only appear as mobile numbers and not the contact names. We tested on a Samsung 9 and the contacts names appeared. I have 2 contacts only appear and they have Note 8 mobiles and Google accounts as I do.
