I have a Samsung Galaxy 2014 edition 10.1 32gb; I get nothing but a black screen

It had a dead battery which I replaced but it never worked, so I also replaced the charging port cable and also the LCD cable. I have tried all the power, volume button combination, I have OEM parts and an OEM charger. The LCD and crystal are in excellent working order but I get no response from the tablet at all.
