Ads popping up while my phone screen off or while I use my phone. Do anyone knows how to fix this?

When i check my recent used apps, I found out that these apps are running by Google browser or any other browser. Cause I even deleted the Chrome and it is still happening with another Internet browser.
Help me to fix this..
