dmc.txt importance?

On ZTE N818S, i have cleared stuff for more space. But i think i deleted dmc.txt, config.xml, flags.xml, and popupconfig.xml
Are these important for phone to operate properly??
I cant use my phone to call(no cellular data error) and no text(not sent - maybe after inserting sim card error)....
Have i messed up phone??
Plz help!!
