LG K20 plus volume and camera won't work

I have a LG K20 plus phone just bought in April & the volume up & down buttons don't work at all & just now the camera will only take a front facing picture not on the back with the flash. What can I do to fix this? I have uninstalled all the apps in safe mode and did a factory reset and nothing.. Please help!!
