Photo file is not supported

My phone Samsung S8 note photo file is not supported. I notice this happens after updated recently while the old photos are OK. My 256GB SD card is Samsung Evo. Now my photo file full with blank grey box, some is still visible but can not be shared thru either FB or Instagram
