Magicjack app rings while do not disturb ON and notifications OFF

I have a Samsung A8 with the magicJack app. My phone is set to "do not disturb" AND notifications are turned OFF for Magicjack because it rang loud while I was in a meeting. It again rang loud while i was sleeping. Suggestions? I am starting to miss my iPhone
