I bought an oppo a3s. For security purposes, i set a passcode but after i turn it off to see if my passcode is working it doesnt recognise it. I already tried rebooting but it doesnt work. When i also try to wipe data it still required a lockscreen code. Im sure that ive entered it correctly because it was being verified. What could possibly go wrong? What am i going to do?
