Can i cover up a picture in gallery to hide a picture saved in gallery

Is there a way to hide a picture in my phone ? And disguise the picture in gallery to look like some kind of other picure so no one thinks I've lost it stopped thru my phone to find it? They just think oh well he likes cartoon pictures better.
