The notification "Mobility state:unknown" keeps popping up on my phone. Is it a virus?

Hey guys, I keep having a notification on my phone that says "Mobility state:Unknown". I have the Galaxy S9 from cricket. I keep getting the notification near the bottom of my phone in a little grey text box. It shows up about every 5 min. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem.
