blue life one x3 came with a factory screen protector?

I'm not referring to the peel-off film, but a proper screen protector (which I quickly noticed due to 2 trapped pieces of dust...). The box's tamper seals were in tact. It also came with an additional screen protector. The wall adapter, however, is European while this was purchased (albeit from a third party) in the US. Unboxing videos I've looked at don't have screen protectors pre-installed, so maybe this is an EU thing?
