Phone randomly calls people now!

Ever since 9 installed, my phone will call people on its own. Its mostly happened when I have been texting and I close the screen to put my phone down. I touch NOTHING other than the power button. Now its happening when I am on snapchat with something.
WHAT is happening?? Is this a bug other people have gotten? Is it some crazy setting on 9??
