Why can't I re-calibrate my touch screen when it's all jumpy

My touch screen keeps jumping around won't press where I tell it to I looked everything up it says to go to the recovery screen and they'll be an option for touch screen calibration and there is not one and it's on an RCA 7-inch Voyager tablet what do I do
