Unfortunately, theme has stopped. ............ keep poping up in my Android LAVA flair Z1

Unfortunately, theme has stopped..... this things keeps popping up.
This isn't stopping ever i wiped my phone twice and nothing changed. I keep restarting or Power ON/OFF and putting my phone on safe mode and still no change and my My phone become useless.....
Plz solve this problem
