Why is my notification led not working for WhatsApp?

So my new phone has some weird actions. I have this phone for a couple of weeks now and I saw that my LED light isn't working for WhatsApp even though my settings show that it should work. But the weird side is that the led is working fine with other apps.. Does anyone know how to fix it? Please let me know.. BTW I have a xz premium
