What is this top bar logo? Solid circle with a semi circle inside?

Any ideas what this logo could be on my Samsung galaxy 7? On the upper left pull down bar, solid white circle with a sort of semi circle inside, almost looks like a smiley face with no eyes!

Any help would be appreciated
