Can't download contacts from Galaxy S9plus to my Toyota Prius 3 Entune system

If a call comes in, the phone connects to my cars system without a problem. Contacts aren't downloaded. I've tried all the settings on my phone to allow contacts to download but it's not working. It worked fine with my galaxy S6. I've called toyota and samsung, and tried all of their suggestions but on 2 contacts get moved to my cars toyota entune system. And both of the contacts are my cell phone. HELP!
