Hello, how to get news feed articles again when i open google search on galaxy s8?

I would always get news feed articles just below my three most recent searches when i open google search on my home screen. That has stopped. I now only get a long list of my search history. How can i change back to only the three most recent searches with the news feed below them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using galaxy s8. thank you.
