Does HTC have a clue?

I made the mistake last October to purchase a watch from HTC. Deary me.

The thing never worked so I sent it back. I never heard from them other than an acknowledgement of receipt. Earlier this month (6 months after I sent the watch in for repair) I asked for an update and they promised "to get back to me within a day". Then silence. This week, I was told "its now with corporate" - what does that mean? Today I was told "to have a little more patience". One wonders what that means in the context of 6 months! Anyway, this is binary, I either: (i) need my money back (they are in breach of contract); or (ii) a watch that works. I have proposed either and still nothing. Are they normally this inept? Any suggestions on how to get any progress? #Useless . Has anyone out there sued them?
