Go Live Youtube keeps asking for microphone on S9

Trying to go live on Youtube on my S9 but it keeps saying go to settings, permissions for the microphone. I don't have this anywhere. I've gone into the permissions and youtube isn't listed. I've click on open settings when trying to go live and a microphone option is available. HEELLPPP!!!
