Strange photo

Sometimes (and only sometimes) when I click on my video's folder, I get a quick one second image of what looks like the silhouette of the back of a child, think they are holding a teddy bear looking into a blue-ish room. Not sure if its animated, or an advert (there is no words), and it quickly dissapears.

Can't see the photo in my albums, screensavers etc.

Am I hacked? How do I get rid of it.
