Why does my Samsung Galaxy A3 stop any audio?

I recently tried to reduce the battery use and since I turned that off I can't listen to any audio? Instagram, YouTube and Co. Stops the Audio after a few seconds which is highly annoying. No idea what I can do about it.
Appreciate any help.
