Huawei HiSuite is blocking Windows Explorer. How do I disable it?

I have been used to plugging my Huawei Lite 20 via a USB cable now to my PC to download photos. Today, despite not selecting the HiSuite app, Windows Explorer shows my phone as a CD drive with the HiSuite downloader as the only active option.
No longer can I see the folder including the camera files. I don't want to have to install HiSuite. How do I get back to my phone being an accessible device?
