Multiple Instagram Pages, one isn't fully up to date. Any help or suggestions...

I have 2 Instagram pages one being a few years old and the other being a few months old. The older Instagram page doesnt have all the features that the newer page does like the music add-on and plus my flash doesnt work on the front facing camera. Already tried reaching out to the support center and whatnot and still having the same issues. Any suggestions or help...
