Iris scanner is not working on Galaxy S8

I setup iris scan along with PIN as required. When I try to unlock the phone the camera and sensor are not working at all. Also on the screen it showed "enter your PIN, as required by the security policy, instead of using your irises"

Iris scan worked for a few time then stop working.

Please help, what should i do
