Hello there! I have "Allview v1 viper s4g" and i have a problem! I cant update or download apps from google play using 3g data.Using wi-fi no problems.I have done those steps and didint helped! Hard reset,preinstall the custom rom,clean cache google and services,log out google acc log back in,all data is ok because my card work perfectly on other phones.My android version is 4.4.2 (kit kat).When i try to download it spins all the time and nothing happen...and when i close it it still spins on the bar menu,and i must hold it and clean cache from download manager to stop it! Please help! And i can surf with no problem in internet facebook and etc.Also i tried ot put older versions of google play and still nothing!
