LG G3 Updated to Marshmallow. SD card dismounted and no longer accesible

I updated to Marshmallow last night on LG G3. I saw a notification that the SD card had been unmounted around 1 AM, while I was sleeping. The card is now completely inaccessable. Is there any fix at all for this?
