My Samsung Galaxy edge fone say card not from verzion wireless

I have a Samsung Galaxy edge s6 on verzion. Brought it around Xmas fone was working perfectly. Fast forward two months later the fone would say the the sim card it not from verzion wireless .Now most times I can't text,receive or make calls even use mobile data.spoke to verzion they assured me that the phone is unlocked. Oh i used it in another country . tried most thing.pls help
