Why does my phone keep pausing videos or shutting my live stream down?

So for instance, I'll be watching a video on Facebook and it will pause out of random. Also I like to go live on some of my apps and it keep ending my live streams every time I get on. Or I'll be on snapchat trying to use my filters and it will restart my camera. I'm so confused. Help!
