Can an unauthorized modification to the os on a galaxy s6 be done without a pc

I just bought a second hand phone and I received a message that the Os has been modified in an unauthorized way. I was provided the link for Samsung kies but haven't any access to a pc. Is there any other way to reinstall the Os using only the device needing repair and the internet?
