Radio volume problem

Samsung voice cannot spell or understand grammar.
I often use Speech to text feature with my text messages emails and social media. However since upgrading from my S6, the S9 does not understand the difference between there their and they're or to, too and two. It does not give me the option to correct the spelling when it misses very simple words unless I back out of the keyboard completely I thought it was the Bixby app because the little icon is in the bottom corner but when I press the settings button it says Samsung voice please advise this was a very expensive phone and I'm about to throw it across the room

Did i damage my s9 power button?
After purchasing my s9 I slipped a case onto it which rubbed the power button. I noticed the power button has a clicky feeling but not much resistance where as the Bixby and volume buttons feel more "cushioned" when pressed and have a little more resistance. Have I damaged the power button or is this normal feel for the power button? Could anyone confirm by checking there s9 ? Thanks.

Not receiving texts from some iPhones
A couple of weeks ago I switched from a Moto X to a Moto X4 and have not been able to receive text messages from some iPhones. I had no problems with my old Moto X. My wife still has a Moto X and receives all texts from the same iPhones that I don't work for me.
My problem seems very similar to people who have switched from iPhones to Android, but I have never had an iPhone. I've had the number for over 8 years and in that time it has never been associated with an iPhone. I went as far as trying to remover the number from iMessages through the Apple website.
In the process of changing phones, I also changed providers. For a few days I had a new number before my old number ported over. The new number texted with at least one iPhone. After porting, my old number stopped texting with that number.

Why is JavaScript so slow on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S3?
On general benchmarks, like Antutu, my 2018 iPad is just about 30% faster than my Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. But some JavaScript-intensive sites seemed very slow to me, so I ran the JetStream JavaScript benchmarks, and my iPad was almost FIVE TIMES faster (A score of 168 for the iPad/Safari vs. 34 for the S3/Chrome).
This seems crazy to me.
Should I suspect that there's something wrong with my particular S3? Is it just that JavaScript in particular isn't well implemented for Android, or for the Snapdragon processor?

Duo Mobile - Privacy Concerns?
My employer wants to install duo mobile on my personal device. Ostensibly the app is there to provide a two factor authorization facility. I don't see why they can't handle this via SMS and I am hesitant to have an employer controlled app on my personal device. Am I being paranoid or is there a valid privacy concerns here?

I need help with calendar color i-lgihts.
I just upgraded to the S9+ and on my calendar, the colors are only little dots next to the entry instead of hi-lighting the while entry. It seems to only hi-light something marked as all day. How can I change this? I love seeing the whole color bar across the event. It's making me crazy, lol.

Text Messages are out of order
so... basically i'll send a text to someone and their reply will appear above my original text, unless they reply 5-10 minutes after i sent the text.
for example:

but it will look like this on my phone:

How do i get my music player to see the music on my external SD card?
I have a Pixel 2xl. I have tried 3 different devices in the usb-c port that claim to be able to play music and videos directly from them but I can't get any music or video player to do so. If I access it with a file manager, the files are there and will play if I select one. But the apps themselves will not show the files. What gives? My Pixel does not have an SD card slot so how else can I get to it?

Home screen search by swiping down
Relatively new to Android. In the beginning, I was able to search for songs from the home screen search option (songs which I had in my own library/storage). To be clear, by this I mean that I could swipe down on an empty area of the home screen to bring up a search screen and then type in a word. Any song with that word in the title would appear and could be selected. Now, song titles no longer appear in this search. What might have happened here? Can the search 'index' be rebuilt/refreshed to Include music in local storage? Thanks. I'm running Oreo on a Huawei P20 and it's not rooted.

I've just purchased OnePlus 6 phone, and right away I've got a problem.
I am not able to sign to Google Play Store or to my Google account. It always returns an Error:
"Couldn't sign in. There was a problem communicating with google servers.
Try again later".
There is still no my Google account on this phone, because as soon as I click "Add new Google account" the phone returns me the same Error as above.
I tried clearing Google's and Google Play Store Data and Cache, and then reboot.
I also tried to Restore to factory settings.
Nothing helps.
Please advise how to fix it.

How to make newest text priority
When I am notified of a new text. I click on the icon and it will take me to my last conversation, instead of my newest text. Because my settings show me the text briefly before I open my messages on the header, I am usually responding only to fill d out I am talking to the wrong person. I hope this makes sense.

Location off, cannot use droid finder
Is there anyway of someone (either phone provider or android themselves, maybe police) to be able to track my phones whereabouts? It was misplaced two days ago during a family birthday party, it still rings so therefore, I know it's still on. Warranty wont cover a "lost/stolen" phone, so I am stuck paying $1000 buyout for a phone I had for 2 weeks. I;m extremely disappointed in android for not having this feature; apple has given access through icloud for users to manually turn on location services for this EXACT scenario. All I know, is I do not want to pay for a phone that is glitchy and therefore not able to be tracked. Note: I did NOT turn off my location, it is ALWAYS on.

My external speaker on my LG phone stopped working
I own an LG Stylo 3 Plus and I know some people have had the same issue as I am, but I cannot find a fix. I noticed a couple days ago that my alarm did not play sound, only vibrated when it went off and now nothing else works. Notifications, calls, alarms, games, and videos no longer put out sound, but I can hear another person in a call just fine. I have never used bluetooth pairing either. Is there any way to fix this without having to factory reset or replace the speaker?

replacing battery in Moto XT1650
my phone can barely hold a charge - lasts for three hours (from 100%) maybe if I'm using it, not even for calling but just for reading or using map apps etc.

Should I give up on my phone...?
(I've tried to post this b4 but it didn't work)
My phone has really been stressing me out lately. Most of the apps I have will stop randomly because lack of storage (keep in mind that I only have 5 apps that I downloaded from the google play store). I have already forced stopped and disabled factory apps that i can't delete. I have a over 1000 pictures on internal storage that I don't really want to delete/clean out (and i've already deleted pics and vids that I don't need). I have an sd card, but it isn't working and I can't get it to work (i've given up on that). Now, to access certain apps, I have to clear my cached data very often. Even that isn't a good solution because most of the time I don't have a lot of cached data, which means that I can't be on those apps for a long time. I'm just questioning if I should just get a new phone even though I don't have much money. I'm really tired of this phone. (I have an LG Fortune with 16 gigs)

What does this symbol mean on my picture/video?
I tried to take a picture on my Galaxy S8 and it looks like a short video. I would really like to save this picture. I wanted to pause the video to try to save it as a pic, but the video is so short that it doesn't even give you the option to hit pause. It also doesn't give the option to edit it.
The clip just flickers back and forth a couple of times and stops. I have never seen this symbol before. It looks like a circle ending with an arrow at the top of the broken circle. It also has what looks like hour/minute hands in the middle. I can't see where I can upload a picture for you to see. My videos usually show the play symbol in the middle. Do you know what this symbol means and/or how to save the clip as a picture? Thank you!

In Yahoo Mail App, clicking on new email, gets you an already opened email, WHY?
On my Yahoo Android Email App, tapping on a new email, opens an already checked and opened email. It does not happen all the time, but happens frequently enough that it's starting to bug me. So, what I do is I go back and tap the new email once again, and that usually opens it. Why is this happening. And by the way I have the Note 8.

s7 palm swipe never worked. Palm swipe is turned on in settings.
Also, my horrible S7 doesn't like to take screen shots, either, using power on and home key... only can take them once in awhile trying to capture Whatsapp photos, or comments. Quite often, using the key pad, on a phone call where you need to tap numbers, the S7 doesn't recognize the numbers..and eventually disconnects me from the call, often times, which frustrates me when trying to navigate through a menu of options with the keypad... The voice mail retrieval also only seems to work if I have the speaker ON.., so, everyone around me can hear my messages. When I place the phone to my ear, the vm disconnects. I have a real great phone. Never purchase any Samsung products again.

Galaxy s8 and s9 volume keys override car volume knob
I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S9+. I also have an old Note 5. When the S9 is connected to my car via bluetooth and is playing music (usually Pandora), the volume knob on my car does not work and I have to adjust the volume using the S9's volume keys, which is annoying. This does not happen with the Note 5 is connected to my car via bluetooth and playing music, i.e., I can adjust the volume with the knob on the car. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm not sure it matters, but the car is a 2017 Mercedes GLS450. Thanks in advance.

I'm not receiving texts and/or am sending duplicate texts, after the last update
In my family we have five S8, 2 iPhones and an S7. After the last update everyone is receiving duplicate texts or no text at all, in the group chats. We've done everything suggested by the store reps, only to be told we'll need to upgrade. Is Samsung sabotaging the phones during upgrades, so that we will have to get a newer model?

Only some contacts transferred from iPhone to Android
I did a full itunes backup of iPhone to my Mac, followed steps to sync to Google and it looked like everything had made the journey safely. Sold the iPhone. Now on closer inspection, I realize that a lot of contacts are missing. Assuming those missing contacts are still in that backup (are they?), Can I get them from my Mac to my Moto G6? If so, how? MMS messaging not working on Galaxy S7 after change from Verizon to Cricket
Just switched from Verizon to Cricket, cannot send/receive MMS messages (GIFs) on S7. All APN set up as required per Cricket instructions, Does this sound like a carrier problem, a phone problem or a sim card problem? Any other suggestions? I have heard numerous issues with Cricket. Thank you.

should i give up on my phone???
My phone has really been stressing me out lately. Most of the apps I have will stop randomly because lack of storage (keep in mind that I only have 5 apps that I downloaded from the google play store). I have already forced stopped and disabled factory apps that i can't delete. I have a over 1000 pictures on internal storage that I don't really want to delete/clean out (and i've already deleted pics and vids that I don't need). I have an sd card, but it isn't working and I can't get it to work (i've given up on that). Now, to access certain apps, I have to clear my cached data very often. Even that isn't a good solution because most of the time I don't have a lot of cached data, which means that I can't be on those apps for a long time. I'm just questioning if I should just get a new phone even though I don't have much money. I'm really tired of this phone. (I have an LG Fortune with 16 gigs)

Poor WiFi connections for android phone
Recently i noticed my phone has poor wifi connections at HOME ONLY. A few weeks ago it was fine, but now the signal fluctuates a lot. There is an exclamation mark beside the wifi symbol sometime. My brother noticed that as soon as my phone connects to the home wifi, his wifi based devices also experience fluctuations in wifi. He states that the wifi is fine until my phone connects to it. Ethernet devices work fine.

I looked around in the setup to see if some other app is maybe duplicating the notification. I couldn't see anything obvious. I decided as a final step to block gmail notifications, and now the gmail notifications are zero.

Can't play music from en external speaker connected with aux cable

When I'm trying to connect the car audio through a2dp the phone connect only for making calls. I can't see the option audio under settings.
At my friend's phones everything is fine. They can connect and stream music. I tried everything with no problem luck. Reset everything, wipe catch... Nothing helps. I saw a few threads about the same problem from few members but no one reported on a solution.

Why doesn't my phone have a LOST.dir folder?
I have a Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime that's supposed to have 8GB and originally it did, but internal space has been steadily vanishing. I've read other posts about vanishing space and I keep seeing references to the LOST.dir folder that's supposed to save back-ups of things for recovery. I suspect my problem is something like that, 'cause moving or deleting files has often not gotten me back as much space as it should've, only there's a problem: there is no LOST.dir folder in my phone. (At least, not in internal storage.) Is it there but under a different name or something, or is something else going on?
Not sure if this is related or a separate issue, but: the phone itself says it's using 7.5 out of 8GBs, but when I look at it on my computer, the computer says it's using 3.5 of 4GBs. The computer used to say it had 8GBs and I'm not sure when this started.

Not getting ringtones while receiving calls

s7 edge put in pocket automatic display on and off
Last week the screen turned on in my pocket a couple of times. I would notice when it got hotter than normal and could turn it off. The past couple of days it's happened 5-10 times a day and I haven't noticed it as quickly because it's been hot outside. Today my phone died at 4pm because it kept turning on and draining the battery. I've turned off all the motion gestures and it's still happening.
Anyone have a suggesting for determining the cause? I know on a pc I can check the last wake event, but I don't know if that's possible on a phone.
For reference (in case it matters), I don't have a case, I'm a guy, and I carry the phone in the front left pocket of my pants. I also use Smart Lock linked to my watch.

Media Storage Problem
Hi ,
After streaming a TV program last weekend from ITV hub , my phone crashed and I had to restart it by removing the battery.
Once restarted I received the message "Unfortunately android.process.media has stopped" I checked on Google and I disabled the media storage program. The error message stopped but when I accessed the Gallery, my pictures did not load. I then enabled the media storage program again and everything seemed ok.
The problem is that when I turn the phone off and back on again I get same error message again and then I have to disable and re-enable the media storage program.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Why cant I change my wallpaper without altering the theme?
I just did an update on my Galaxy S7 which I have been postponing for about a year. I am always skeptical... there's always trouble, and so it seems...
After reaplying my theme its all good. I change my icons to the ones I like. good. I change my wallpaper, and boom; theme's gone again.
PROBLEM: Everytime I change my wallpaper it removes my custom set theme aswell. (after update)
(I would love to add pictures but this forum can't do that.)
Does anyone know what could cause this?

Why does my screen keep dimming randomly?
Recently my screen is doing something weird where the screen keeps dimming. Sometimes it does if multiple times in a row and then others its every couple of minutes. I thought I might have accidentally changed the brightness settings to auto adjust but none of my settings have changed. It also doesnt seem to correlate with me getting notifications. No matter what app I'm using or even if it's just sitting not locked it does this. Restarting my phone usually helps but after a few hours it starts again.

I'm left handed. IF I wear my Gear Fit2 on my right, the buttons are awkward.
Makes sense to wear my Samsung Gear Fit 2 on my non dominant wrist. As a left handed person, that would be on the right wrist. BUT, the buttons would be awkwardly also on the right, difficult to push from my left. Is there a way I could flip the device and the screen flip too?

I am looking to upgrade to an S9 but i need to be able to use the wifi calling functionality of the handset. I had a battle with o2 when they stopped the tugo app as my s7 was bought from CPW and not an o2 store and i was told it didnt have the functionality built in. What is this symbol? Hand under a shield with a check mark.
I have a symbol showing up in my notification bar that looks like a hand and shield. Shows up while I play a Sudoku app (so far that seems to be the only app) and the screen goes black. This doesn't pull down like the notifications normally do and I have to go back to the home screen to exit. How can products searched on work comp show up on personal phone's social media?
Today at work, I searched specifically for wireless mic transmitter pack leg bands for the female talent in our news department (at B&H Photo), using Firefox on my work computer. I don't check personal email or social media on that system, and the only gmail account used on that computer is one specific to my department, which I've never logged in to from my phone.
Just now, I was scrolling through Instagram on my Galaxy S8, and I saw an add for that EXACT PRODUCT from B&H Photo in my feed!
I'm used to adds populating within one device from searches. But, how is this even possible. The two aren't even linked. Even when I charge my phone through the usb port on that computer I deny access to the device.
I'm trying to figure out logically how this info would find its way to my personal Instagram on another device.

How to stop phone from rotating and closing keyboard?
I have a Galaxy Amp Prime. While typing on regular and downloaded keyboards my keyboard will disappear at random intervals and its very annoying and inconvenient.
My phone is also rotating randomly for no real reason. Only in Landscape mode I believe is sideways, while on YouTube it goes from full screen to portrait screen for no reason. Yes I have rotate screen on lock so that won't happen when moving phone, yet it happens. Also when playing some games in landscape sideways mode it will stop and close for a second to go to portrait but go back to normal right after. Please help if you can.

Google sign in error after factory reset
I was preparing to sell my Samsung Galaxy S 7 edge. I did a factory reset, when completed I can get through the screens until I get to the Google sign in. I use my Google account that was used with this phone. After entering in my email address, I can see my profile picture in the corner and it prompts me to enter my password. After entering my password an error message comes up that it is unable to process request due to an unknown error and to try again in 24 hours.
I need to bypass this to get to the home screen where I can access the notification pane to sell the phone.
How can I do this, if I cannot get past the Google sign in?

www.chrome://flags seems to not be functioning.

Newb having difficulty with new phone. Moto G6 Plus won't let me transfer data to SD Card.
I'm new to Android. Bought a Moto G5 Plus and love it except it's too small. When I was using the Moto G5 Plus, I bought a 128GB micro SD card and used it as INTERNAL storage. Today my new phone arrived, the Moto G6 Plus. When I inserted the 128 SD card in it, it said the data was corrupt and needed to be formatted. This phone did not ask me if I wanted the card to be formatted as internal or portable. It would only format to PORTABLE. Then it asked me what to click to have saved on it. Its a new phone and had only 1 picture and no other types of files. So, it offered three different types of files but I could only put a check mark on pictures because I have no other music files or other files. I did my research and found out that the Moto G6 and G6 Play can format the card as internal but the G6 Plus does NOT allow for that, and I'm furious about that! To make matters worse, I cannot get back to the screen that lets me select what kind of files I want to put on the SD card. I want to select music and pictures but that is not an option right now. I go to settings - storage - and I press on the "Portable SD Card" and then press on "storage settings. I have only two choices. FORMAT and EJECT. No "Move Data" or "Migrate Data" or anything else like that. How do I move the now 9GB of music that I put on the phone to my seemingly worthless, "portable" (not by choice) SD storage? Shouldn't it be a simple option to tell the phone to store my pictures and music on the SD card? There is no screen to be found where I can put a simple checkmark in the box to have pictures and music be stored on the SD card. Also, since this phone does not support "internal storage" for the SD card as an option, can you guys recommend an affordable phone to me that DOES allow for the use of "internal storage" of an SD Card? I really like the phone, but that was a jerk move by Motorola to not allow the best model of the G series to have that feature, but the other two cheaper G models get that feature! I'm FURIOUS right now. Please help! Thanks in advance!

"FOTAService keeps stopping" on ZenPad 3S 10. Why? Please help!

Yesterday I got a notification that there was a system update for my tablet. I installed it and I think it went well because my tablet rebooted normally. After that, I got the messages "FOTAService has stopped" and "FOTAService keeps stopping". I cleared the app's cache and did a factory reset. I still get the same message! I tried to manually install the latest updates, but the tablet doesn't seem to know there's an update file on its internal memory. I contacted Asus, and they were no help at all. They just want me to send it back when I'm overseas (and will be for a very long time) and the local Asus team doesn't know how to deal with this type of ZenPad. Is there anything else I could try? Why did this happen? Please help me! I'm out of ideas. Thank you.

Headphone jack not seated at 0 or 180 degrees, fully seated at 90 and 270 degrees
I have a OnePlus 5 and have been experiencing issues with my headphones not being seated properly in the jack. It doesn't seat in one position, but if you rotate it a quarter turn, it seats nice and snug. Rotate it another turn and it comes out. Rotate it another and you're back to nice and snug.

Camera stopped working on my LGXPower
My camera has stopped working on my android LGXPower phone. I deleted a bunch of photos, cleared cache and still nothing. Just a black screen and it says unfortunately camera has stopped. Anyone find a wiress charging pad that actually shut off when at 100%
LG V30. I have been trying to find a wireless charging pad that will shut off when the phone is charged. I have tried about 6 of them now and they all charge the phone but never turn off. My phone hits 100% before I go to bed and the charger never goes to standby. The only time one of the better pads goes to standby is when I set the phone on it and it is fully charged, then the light goes from charging to standby. Did anyone find a charging pad that works as it is supposed to?

Torn between P20 Pro and Galaxy S9
I'm torn between P20 Pro and galaxy S9 (Not S9+). I've seen the S9, but haven't seen the P20 Pro. P20 Pro seems to have the better camera, but I'm not sure about its Processor, UI and Display. So I'd appreciate comments on the following:
1. S9 has an amazing display. How close is the P20 Pro in image quality, especially given the lower resolution. How is the brightness, etc?
2. P20 Pro has an in house Kirin SoC which is an unknown entity. Does it have performance comparable to S9 in real life? Any slowdown or lack smoothness and crispiness.
3. I'm not a fan of Samsung UI, but over the years it has become usable. How is the Huawei UI?

I have a pixel XL updated to the android beta, and I wanted to donwload the Google news app. This app is not available in my country so I went to a repository and downloaded an APK. I installed it, and everything works as usual, the app is running smoothly, but when I close it and leave the phone idle for a few minutes the APP dissapears from the launcher. If I try to install it again the phone tells me that is already installed and I can update it, if I do that the app appears again on the launcher and I can use it again.
Can anyone help me with this? should I block permissions for Google Play services (I think that is what is messing with my apps)?

Locate lost android phone with no battery
I lost my android phone a couple of days ago and was slow enough not to take any action except for calling it before the battery went out. I did not have any particular "lost device" app installed and the location setting was turned off during that day so the timeline in google maps is of no help.
Now, I wonder if there is any way by which I can find its location. I can see that in the google account, it was last synced yesterday. Could this be of any help for finding it? In other words; was its position synced? Could I send some GPS flare and get its position if the phone is turned off but has a tiny bit of battery still left? Can I see the position of where it was when I called it?

My Samsung S5 has no sound while playing Media

Moisture error appearing on galaxy s8 with a twist
First of all please note that my phone Has NOT come into contact with any moisture.
The other day i tried to charge my phone by turning it off and plugging it in (to expedite the charging process.) Instead, it began to vibrate and give off the moisture detection screen. I then tried to turn it on but the phone would start rebooting and then die. It would then try to self reboot after dying. This would loop as long as the phone was plugged into the wall.
The phone would only actually finish the restarting process if i unplugged it and then restarted it.
Once the phone was restarted i was then able to charge it. The moisture detection alert does not appear when the phone is on and charges normaly.
I fear that if my phone completely runs out of battery i will be unable to charge it when it is off because of the moisture error.
I have tried starting in safe mode, i have tried clearing data under usb settings (as suggested by internet). the only thing that this solved was eliminating the boot, die, boot error experienced when attempting to reboot while plugged in.

I have a phone LG optimus G pro ....it has a battery problem...it becomes heated so earlier!

Android With Lyft App
My wife recently signed up with Lyft as a driver. It's been fairly lucrative & had been working out fine for a few weeks until she ended up in some busy parts of Orlando, FL when she discovered the app wasn't working there. She has a Galaxy Note 4 running Android 6 on the Total wireless network. Trouble shooting on the Lyft app tells her the app works best with Android 7 or later. We then go to Best Buy where we are told that Total wireless won't cut it either & we need to go with a major carrier. What is the truth of all this? I was thinking of adding a line to Total with a less expensive phone running Android 7 or getting a cheap deal on a phone at another carrier like Boost wireless or something. Does anyone have any ideas about this? We're trying to avoid more expensive options. Thank you. 😎

Why did the phone start this "slide to unlock"
I have a nexus 6p, my wife has a pixel and hers has done it since it was new. However mine just started doing this I assume a new version of android. I have 8.0.0
It used to be when I wanted to use the phone I would use the fingerprint or pin- now I have to "slide" to unlock the screen, usually with some slot machine game or other garbage on that start screen. It jumps randomly to various ads and apps that it wants me to use/get, and I have also noticed the battery doesn't last, and I have noticed it going into do not disturb- but I did read the cause of that.
This is all new over the past week or 10 days. What is this thing? This is by far the WORST and what can I do to get the old phone interface back? thank you!

Deleted Gmail address still showing on Gmail app on Fire 8 hd
I have successfully deleted a Google account and associated mail address using my computer. However this address still appears as an alternative on the Gmail app on my Amazon Fire 8hd. The address does not appear on my phone.
I have reinstalled the app, cleared the cache and data several times on the tablet, but the 'deleted address' will not delete from the app.
Any advice appreciated

Why is a certain VIP email contact not alerting me like it a VIP email notification.
I have had my Samsung S7 Edge for approx 2 years and haven't had any issues with it until the recent update. My everyday email is just a hotmail account. As I can not automatically receive emails from my work email to my phone, I have certain ppl email my hotmail account. I have them set as VIP's on my phone and nothing has changed over the past 2 years until now.
All my VIP contacts work fine and notifies me as expected, except for one contact. This one contact is the most important and it needs an immediate response from me. For some reason it is just notifying me as a normal email. I have tried everything from deleting the contact and re-adding it. Playing around with the setting. I factory reset the phone. It is just this one contact that's not working please help.

I am using Lg g4 At&t version.I upgraded my phone from Lollipop to Marshmallow.I am facing two major issues on my phone right now :
1. Whenever i try to uninstall any app from my phone,it reboot itself automatically.

uploading movies-bad quality
Hello,
Can i ask a question about the S8?
When i make a movie with the s8 it's really sharp on the phone but when i upload them to facebook or you tube they are blury and unsharp.My setting at facebook are on the highest so that is not the problem.It looks like the s8 takes the quality down when uploading them..
When i upload a movie with an other phone they are sharp to..it looks like a wrong setting but i can't find it :-(

BLU Vivo XL Update Error, Carefree Launcher has stopped.
I updated my Blu Vivo XL to Marshmallow 6. It seemed that everything was ok, but NO. When it was resetting (i think) and when it turned on, the Carefree Launcher didnt worked. at the bottom of the phone it was a pop up:

Unfortunately, Carefree Launcher has stopped.
close Send error report.
This pop up, was letting me starting and using my phone, after various attempts it managed to download another Launcher form APP STORE. (CLauncher).

PUBG update/re-install failure
The PUBG mobile app was working perfectly, until the latest update. Apparently I'm the only one with this problem among my friends. The game wouldn't update, so I uninstalled it. I tried reinstalling on my home WiFi, but it kept giving me an error message. I cleared the store's cache and data and restarted the phone, but faced the same issue. i tried installing it on the office WiFi, it went through till 100% and the nothing. it wasn't installed after an hour worth of waiting. i closed and opened the app again and the install button was still there not the open button. I don't know what more to do tbh ;/

Bluetooth tooth mouse lags when WiFi is on on Android 7
Hi I bought a new Wiko view a month ago, when I pairr one of my 2 bluetooth mouse they work great until I turn on the WiFi as soon as it connects both mouses lag horribly,When I connect them to my galaxy 2 skyrocket 2 the lag is very small,Im thinking maybe the only solution is down grading the WiFi antena electronicly but I wouldn't like to do that I'll be happy to keep my Bluetooth mouse and not come back to usb wireless, because then I can't charge the phone while using it.Anybody has a suggestion?

Can app see that device is using multiple accounts even if all app data is cleared before login?
I need to run multiple (more than two) social media accounts but the app shouldn't know that more than one account is run on that app/device, so is clearing all app data before logging in to new account enough to make the app think that only one account has ever been used with that app/device?
I tried cloning apps with MoChat and other third party apps but most social media apps do not allow any third apps... Do you know of any other way to have multiple app accounts without them getting linked together?

I am now proud owner of the Samsung Gear 360 (model 2017), which is finally compatible with iOS.
As far as the 360-degree camera works great and makes brilliant pictures.
However, a new firmware is probably available, as the app shows me. However, the gear can be connected to the iPhone only via Wi-Fi and thus a firmware download is only possible via the mobile network, which I do not want. I load the firmware over the domestic WLAN and connect the gear again with the iPhone comes the message that the firmware update can not be copied to the gear. He then immediately starts to load the update via the mobile network.
On the Samsung Homepages I find only the instructions to connect the Gear with the smartphone and then have the update load (via the official site).
Is not that possible without mobile data?

how can i program winamp to run inorder of what i want next
For my one show I prefixed the songs from 001 up to around 016 then another show from 017 to 030 which worked, but then I wanted a mixed show, so I thought of starting them at 701 to 736, but when I use the phone as my player, 2 things happen. 1) because a couple of songs from the 001 to 016, are also included int show 701, the track I want once now appears twice, so I cannot just press next song, as it will play the duplicate as well, also 2( if i press next song it is not following the numbered order Any ideas please.

s9+ infinity wallpaper issue

Phone stopped recognizing unlock PIN - keeps blocking me out
I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 device for over a year and always used the same unlock PIN.
Yesterday I used it as usual, but then suddenly as I tried to unlock it using the normal PIN, it suddenly stopped recognizing the PIN. Kept saying it's wrong. First locked for 30 sec, then a few minutes, and now it keeps blocking for 2 hours.
I didn't change anything, didn't instal any new apps yesterday, nothing. I do enter the normal PIN again and again (which of course I remember to be correct) – how can this happen?
Please help me. I'd like to avoid hard reset as much as possible.

Why is there no boot partition?
I tried searching for the boot and recovery partitions in /dev/block/by-name but I only got the partitions ADF, APD, cache, config, data, factory, misc, panic, reserved, and system. I have also searched in /proc/partitions, the command mount, and have also used the app diskinfo but nowhere does it say where the boot partition is. I am using a rooted asus T00F (A500CG) with a lineage 14.1 unofficial rom from the xda developer nguyenhung9x. Thanks!

AT&T bad esn, can it roam on AT&T?
I bought an AT&T bad esn phone and I'm using it overseas with no problem whatsoever. i plug in the phone using a usb cable and it comes up that it doesnt recoginze my phone that windows has detected that it has malfuntioned. i have tired everything i have used multiple different usb cables and everything. it will charge in while its plugged it but wont recoginze it as far as being able to transfer stuff from it. i have called samsung and they told me to put a app on my laptop called smart switch. i plugged the usb cable in and it doesnt work. i am at a loss of what to do.

Why is My Android 7.1 T95m 4k TV Box OS so slow. ?
It came stock with 1Gb Ram, 8Gb internal SSD disk space and I added a 64Gb External SD card. The performance improved a little once I moved as many Apps as possible to the 64Gb SD card but it's still sluggish. I use AIO ALL-IN-ONE Toolbox to optimize it. I have worked with UNIX in the "Old Days" and on Linux a bit and know the performance capabilities that Android/Linux can deliver. It came with Media Box Launcher which hangs frequently, even when I tried other Launchers.
Any assistance would be appreciated as I am primarily a Microsoft Systems Engineer.
