My lg g flex 2 is not getting the softwear update. my current version is lollipop 5.1.1

in the notification center i see "system update downloaded" but when i'm going through the update procedure my phone restarts, then android error message appears and my phone is off for 5 minutes.. then the phone reboots and after one day i get the same notification again...
wat should i do
