Why can't i get connected to 3g or 4g

I have micromax yureka .. I can connect to wifi but when i try to get connected to 3g or 4g it connects but play store, you tube kind of things are not working ... I even updated the version, changed the network type to 4g even the problem exists .. I don't know what's the problem ! Just help me out with this ...
