Why won't my galaxy grand prime allow me to save or move applications and photos to my SD card

I have tried saving my photos to theSD card and also every single app I have I cannot move to the SD card. It does not even give me a option. I have 360 security if that makes a difference or not. I also cannot find the photos I thought I saved to the csrd and I have cleaned my trash. Please help? Thanks
