I dropped my Galaxy S6 in Water, and now the screen is black with a solid blue light.

I dropped my galaxy s6 in water (very briefly). The screen is black, and there's a solid blue light. After I pulled it out of the water, I tried drying it off with a blow dryer. I then took off the casing, and I tried drying it off again. I pressed the power button, and the screen flickered. Then it went dark, and the blue light came on.
