conpatablety troubles with android auto

I bought a 2018 hyundia korn my Bluetooth doesn't have voice commands I took car back to dealer they told ,me I had to download android auto on my phone then hook to car by usb cord wel ever time I go to download android it keeps says device not compatable ive try having it downloaded on different devises an says same thing how do I get this fix I cant use my bluetook ty:(:'( ive spent way to much money on this suv an everthing is suppose to work help me
